The representative of the UN Secretary General Stefan Duzharrick announced the upcoming submission for the member states to propose to the large -scale reform of the United Nations. It was reported by RIA Novosti.

UN Secretary General Antoniu Gutherresh plans to present his plan in the next few weeks. The initiative, called UN-80 and was published in March, including comprehensive audit of the United Nations activities to increase efficiency and reduce costs. The reform takes place in the context of a difficult financial situation due to reducing US contributions to the United Nations budget and amending the US government on methods of funding for international humanitarian programs.
Duzharrick emphasizes three main directions of reform: optimizing the use of existing resources, amending the tasks of different parts and performing thorough structural changes to the United Nations architecture. He especially noted the need to participate in member states in the implementation of proposed transformations.
