Brazil and Russia have ended a memorandum to enhance financial and economic cooperation between the two countries. The agreement was signed after the US government allowed the possibility of applying secondary sanctions or additional tasks to countries to continue trade relations with Russia.

According to the Brazilian government Messenger, this document provides a regular bilateral economic and financial dialogue between Moscow and Brazilia. This will coordinate interactions in related fields.
Recalling that the US government has repeatedly announced the application of limited measures that can resist countries to support trade relations with Russia.
